The Zep Inc. has adopted a Whistleblower and Non-Retaliation Policy to facilitate disclosures of questionable practices, encourage proper individual conduct and alert the Audit Committee of potential problems before they have serious consequences.

Shareholders, employees and other interested parties may submit complaints or concerns regarding the accuracy of our financial statements, press releases or other public disclosures, accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters as follows:


Board of Directors and Non-Management Directors:
Issues concerning accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters, or other concerns may be directed to the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and other comments or concerns may be directed to the non-management members of the Board of Directors through the Chairman of the Governance Committee.
